I can't begin to express to you what an amazing first week I had in Second grade. For those of you that have not been reading my posts, I began my internship on Monday and I am lovin' 2nd Grade!!! I can't tell you what sweeties I have been blessed to meet this week! They are such an amazing bunch and I am soooo looking forward to teaching my first subject next week. I have been busy typing away at my laptop this weekend preparing my L-O-N-G lesson plans for this upcoming week. Since I promised to update everyone and add some freebies throughout the course of my internship I thought I would start now by sharing with you a little mini-book that I created to go with one of my Writing lessons for this upcoming week. My Second Grade Sweeties are currently learning about "Showing" and "Telling" Sentences so I created a little mini-book titled, "My SHOW not TELL Book". I'll post some pictures up this week of the finished product, if I have a moment to catch my breath between all of the lesson plans that I need to write, my seminar course and the dreaded orientations {yikes!} that are sure to come in the very near future. But, for now... here's a little freebie! Hope y'all enjoy it!
